Effective September 22, 2026
1. About ALUVENCO USA LLC
ALUVENCO USA LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company engaged in domestic and international commercial activities, which may include the purchase, sale, sourcing, import, export, distribution, and brokerage of aluminum and aluminum-related products, construction and heavy equipment, industrial equipment, machinery, parts, attachments, and related products and services.
2. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about ALUVENCO USA LLC, its business, products, capabilities and services. Website information is for informational and commercial inquiry purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing on this website automatically constitutes a binding offer, contract, warranty, guarantee or commitment to sell or purchase any product or service.
3. Requests for Quotations and Business Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry or request for quotation does not create a contractual relationship or obligate ALUVENCO USA LLC to enter into a transaction. A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable parties agree to commercial terms through an authorized quotation, purchase order, sales agreement, invoice, contract or other mutually accepted transaction document.
4. Pricing and Availability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are subject to change; availability is not guaranteed; quotations may expire; and freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, inspection charges and other transaction costs may be additional. International pricing may be affected by exchange rates, transportation costs, tariffs, customs requirements and market conditions.
5. Product and Equipment Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product and equipment information. Photographs, descriptions, specifications, model years, operating hours, weights, dimensions, capacities, condition reports and other information may originate from manufacturers, sellers, suppliers, owners or other third parties. Customers are responsible for confirming material specifications and condition before completing a transaction. Used equipment may be subject to additional inspection terms, warranties or "as-is" provisions in the applicable transaction documents.
6. Brokerage and Third-Party Transactions
ALUVENCO USA LLC may act as a seller, buyer, distributor, sourcing company, broker, intermediary or facilitator depending on the transaction. When acting as a broker or intermediary, products or equipment may be owned, manufactured, supplied, stored, transported or sold by independent third parties. Our role and obligations will be determined by the applicable written transaction documents.
7. International Trade
All transactions are subject to applicable United States laws and regulations and, where applicable, the laws of other relevant jurisdictions. ALUVENCO USA LLC may decline, suspend or cancel a proposed transaction when necessary to comply with sanctions, trade restrictions, export controls, customs requirements, anti-money-laundering requirements, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, banking compliance requirements, or other applicable laws. No person may use our services to circumvent such requirements.
8. Payments
Payment terms will be established for each transaction and may include deposits, advance payment, wire transfers, letters of credit, financing arrangements or other agreed methods. Customers should independently verify any unexpected change to banking or wire-transfer instructions before sending funds.
9. Shipping, Delivery, Import and Export
Shipping, delivery, transfer of title, risk of loss, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, inspections, and import/export responsibilities will be determined by the applicable transaction documents and, where expressly incorporated, applicable Incoterms or other agreed commercial terms. Website content alone does not establish shipping obligations or transfer risk of loss.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes; to violate sanctions, export controls, customs laws or trade restrictions; to interfere with website security; to gain unauthorized access; to introduce malicious code; to impersonate another person or business; or to submit materially false or misleading information.
11. Intellectual Property

Third-party trademarks, manufacturer names, equipment names, logos, photographs and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
